BGW Construction offers free initial consultations. After the first meeting, we'll provide a ballpark budget based on our 25 years of experience and estimate the design and quote process costs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A strong design and detailed plans are essential to manage your project efficiently and mitigate costly changes. BGW designs your space, provides 3D renderings, and specifies the work needed before quoting. Our early design value ensures a smooth construction process, professional scheduling, and a great customer experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Since 1999, BGW Construction has earned numerous endorsements for our construction and design services. Our admin staff, composed of former educators and coaches, prioritizes continued education so that we can stay up to date on the latest building trends and stay on top of code compliance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Owner Bobby Williams, a proud Plainfield, IN native, still calls his childhood home his own. For 18 years, Bobby was the go-to guy for twelfth-grade literature and composition at the local high school, as well as the varsity football coach. But that’s not all! While shaping young minds, he was also building his side hustle, BGW Construction. In 2015, he traded chalkboards for blueprints, diving full-time into his design/build residential remodeling company, transforming homes with the same passion he brought to the classroom and the field.

BGW Construction has collaborated with homeowners across Hendricks County and neighboring communities. From charming vintage homes built in the 1870s to sleek, modern remodels, our wide-ranging experience ensures we bring unique expertise to every project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

BGW Construction recently tackled an exciting 1,200 square foot basement remodel in Hendricks County. Our client wanted a hidden entrance to a gun room with a metal safe door and a bar space for their bourbon collection. We transformed the space into a sleek speakeasy with Prohibition-era charm, featuring a cozy fireplace, a glass-door bourbon display, and a custom barrel table for entertaining. This project highlights our dedication to innovative basement remodeling and our ability to bring imaginative ideas to life.
